• PayFast — to process your payments securely
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• Zoho CRM — to manage customer relationships and communications
• GitHub — to host and publish your website files
• Vercel — to host the SiteHub customer portal
• Law enforcement or government bodies if required by law

5. Meta Platform Data

If you authorise SiteHub to connect to Meta platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, we may access account content or media that you explicitly permit us to use, including images needed for your website or marketing assets. We use that access only to import, manage, or publish content for your SiteHub services. We do not use Meta-connected data for resale.

You can revoke SiteHub's access at any time from your Meta account settings. You can also request deletion of Meta-connected data through our dedicated deletion page at https://app.sitehub.co.za/meta/data-deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted authentication, row-level database security, and HTTPS throughout. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required to retain it by law.

8. Your Rights

• You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
