How long does it actually take?
Most sites are ready for review within 1–3 business days of sign-up. The total time depends on how quickly you review and approve — some customers are live the same week they sign up.
Do I need to write the content myself?
No. You answer questions in our form and we use that to write your website copy. A human reviews it before you see it. If something feels off, just request a change.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You review the site before paying — so you're only charged once you're satisfied. You can request tweaks as many times as needed before going live.
Can I update the site after it's live?
Yes. You get access to the SiteHub editing portal where you can update text, images, contact details, and more — without any technical knowledge.
What does "first year hosting included" mean?
Your setup fee covers everything for the first 12 months, including hosting. After that, there's a small annual renewal fee (R250–R500/year depending on your plan) to keep the site live.
Do I need a domain name?
Not necessarily. Our most affordable option gives you a professional URL on our platform (sitehub.co.za/yourname). If you want your own domain, we can connect one you already have or register a new .co.za for you.
