Common questions

How long does it actually take?

Most sites are ready for review within 1–3 business days of sign-up. The total time depends on how quickly you review and approve — some customers are live the same week they sign up.

Do I need to write the content myself?

No. You answer questions in our form and we use that to write your website copy. Our team reviews it before you see it. If something feels off, just request a change.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

You review the site before paying — so you're only charged once you're satisfied. Use your dashboard to make changes yourself, or contact our team for help. You can make as many edits as you need before approving.

Can I update the site after it's live?

Yes. You get access to the SiteHub editing portal where you can update text, images, contact details, and more — without any technical knowledge.

What does "first year hosting included" mean?

Your R2,000 setup fee covers everything for the first 12 months — including hosting, your domain (if we register one for you), and business email. After that, it's R900/year to keep everything live and maintained.

Do I need a domain name?

No — we handle it. You choose between two options: connect a domain you already own, or let us register a new .co.za domain for you. Both options cost R2,000 for the first year (all-inclusive), then R900/year to renew.
