No hidden fees. Your only costs are: R1,500 setup (one-time) + R500/year annual hosting. Optional extras: connect your own domain (R250 once-off, then R500/year), or new .co.za domain + email (R500 once-off addon, then R900/year). Contact us for quotes on additional features or customizations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers (EFT), and instant EFT via PayFast (our secure payment gateway). Payment is required before your site goes live after approval.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?

BEFORE PAYMENT: You can cancel anytime before paying the R1,500 setup fee with no penalty. AFTER PAYMENT: Refunds are available within 14 days if your site hasn't launched yet, unless delays are caused by domain selection/DNS issues on your side. Once live, setup fees are non-refundable, but you can request revisions.

What happens if I cancel my annual hosting?

You can cancel anytime by emailing info@sitehub.co.za. Your site remains active until the end of your paid period. We'll send you a reminder 30 days before expiry. If you have a custom domain, it will not be renewed without payment.

How do I cancel my site?

Email info@sitehub.co.za with your cancellation request. We'll confirm the end date of your service and provide final details about your account closure.

When and how do I renew my hosting?

Renewal is manual (not automatic). We send reminders 30 days and 7 days before expiry. You'll receive a PayFast payment link via email. Pay anytime before your expiry date to avoid service interruption.

What if I forget to renew on time?

We send renewal reminders 30 days before your hosting expires. If you don't renew by the expiry date, your site will be taken offline. Custom domains will not be renewed without payment. Contact us immediately at info@sitehub.co.za if you miss your renewal deadline.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

SiteHub only offers annual hosting (from R500/year depending on your plan). We previously offered monthly plans but discontinued them to provide better value. If you're on an old monthly plan, contact us to switch to annual and save.

Do I own my website and content?

YES - You own all your content (text, images, branding) and the website code generated for you. SiteHub owns the platform/editor technology, but your site content and design belong to you.

Can I move my site to another hosting provider?

Yes! Default URL is sitehub.co.za/yourbusiness. Upgrades: (1) Connect your existing domain: R250 once-off connection fee, then R500/year hosting. (2) New .co.za domain registered by us: R500 once-off addon (total setup R2,000), then R900/year (includes domain + 1 email address). Domain setup takes 24-48 hours.

Your single-page site includes: 1 AI-generated hero image, 1 logo, and up to 8 additional images for your gallery/portfolio. You can also add your own images through the customer portal editor.
