Yes. The setup fee is paid once when your site goes live. There is a small annual renewal fee after the first year to cover hosting — from R500/year depending on your plan.
What happens after the first year?
You'll receive a renewal reminder before your year is up. Renewal keeps your site live and hosted. If you don't renew, the site is suspended after a grace period.
Which plan should I choose?
If you're just getting started, the SiteHub Subdomain is the most affordable way in. If you already have a domain, use it — or we'll register you a new .co.za. Not sure? Contact us.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from subdomain to your own domain at any time by paying the difference. Contact us to arrange.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayFast. Payment is only required once your site is approved and you are happy.
